Heera Rosecoco Beans 500g

Rosecoco beans also known as Borlotti beans originates from Columbia, also called cranberry bean, roman bean. It is high in sugars, dietary fibres and folate which help control blood pressure. They can be used to make rosecoco beans curry, used in salads and to make baked beans. The beans need to be washed well and pre-soaked to be enjoyed well. One can also make sundal out of these beans with a nice Tadka.
