Shan Yakhni Pilau mix 50g

Pilau, is a rice dish made by cooking rice and meat at the same time in stock, until all the stock evaporates into the rice. This produces a wonderful rich aroma and flavour.

Spice Mix Ingredients: Salt, Coriander, Ginger, Black Pepper, Brown Cardamom, Green Cardamom, Cumin, Bay Leaf, Cinnamon, Clove, Red Chilli, Garlic, Black Cumin, Citric Acid (E330), Maltodextrin, Hydrolyzed Soy Protein, Cane Sugar, Canola Oil, Silicon Dioxide, Dried Papaya Powder

Ingredients Required:

Rice 750g washed & soaked for 30 mins
Meat on Bones (mutton / beef / chicken) 1kg/2.2lb
Onions, 4-5 medium finely sliced
Garlic Paste, 2 tablespoons
Ginger Paste, 3 tablespoons
Oil, 200ml
